Let’s see an example for clearity:
Suppose you used to wake up at 6 am daily and do several things on daily basis and some new things on some random days and sleep at 10 pm. From here it is clear that you sleep for 8 hours daily. There will be other data also being tracked from other person. It may be concluded that your productivity, mood swings, will power will be more than a person who wake up on 8 am and sleep at 12 pm. Both sleep for 8 hours but there may be a change in their mood , this can be observed by analysing a huge amount of data from different kind of person.
